"Applications and Consequences of Radiation"

The European Center for Peace and Development, in cooperation with the International Agency for Atomic Energy, Vienna, Austria, organized two expert meetings on the Application and Consequences of Radiation. Both meetings were held in Dubrovnik.

·         The First meeting on "Technical and Economic Comparison of Irradiation and Conventional Methods" was held on 19 – 23 October 1986, and

·         The Second, "Tracing Application for Industrial Process Optimization", on 19 – 23 October 1997.

 
The meetings were attended by scientists and experts in this field of science from eight European countries, as well as from India, Israel and the USA.
